In order to have pets in your apartment a completed Pet Addendum to your lease is required. An Additional pet fee and monthly pet rent are required, per pet. Pet Screening A Pet Screening Application must be completed for all animals. Animal profile rates vary from $0-$30, per pet. A onetime, non-refundable pet fee of $350, per pet, is required.
